Now, collocations are words that are grouped together, like a phrase, but you cannot change them because it'll change the complete meaning of what you're saying. I'll give you an example. Bad feeling. Teacher, I'm feeling bad. What's wrong? I'm burnt out. Burnt out means you've done so much work and you're - you can't relax, you don't know what to do, you're just feeling drained or burnt out. So, if someone's feeling burnt out, oh, I tell them, "Hey, you know what? You should take a bath." You can take a shower, too, but a bath, you kind of get some bubbles going, get your rubber ducky in there, and it will help you become less burnt out. So, take a bath if you're burnt out. You'll feel better. Are you lonely? I'm bad. I'm lonely. I miss my friends, I miss my family, I miss my mom. Hey, guess what? Hello. Call them. Call them. So, if you're feeling lonely, call the person. Call your friend. Say, "Hey. It's me. What's up? Hey. Yeah." I guarantee it'll make you feel better. Okay? Just to talk to people is fun. Lazy. Ronnie's pretty lazy. Lazy means you do not have the energy to do anything. So, these adjectives here are very negative. So, what I do when I'm feeling lazy is I make - not do - I make a to-do list. So, "make" in English means to create something, and "do" in English means to have a task or a job. So, I'm going to create a to-do list. Every day I do this. I go, okay, I have to do this, this, this, this. It keeps me organized, and it stops me from being lazy because I can cross off, like this, the things that I've done. I can check them off or I can cross them out. Such accomplishments. Angry or mad. Do you get angry or mad a lot? I do. I have a bad temper. And when I'm angry or mad, I listen to music. Now, usually when I'm mad, I like to listen to angry music, but my advice to you would be if you are mad, listen to calm music, whatever you want. But you must always say listen to music. A lot of my students say, "I like to listen to music." No, no, no. Listen to... I always do this. To. Listen to music. Oh, stressed. Are you going through a lot of stress in your life? You're stressed, or we also say stressed out. This is when you have so many things to do, you can't find the time to do them, and research suggests that you go for a walk.
